The precautions for the use of Feixuan machining center in winter are as follows:

1. After the machine is stopped every day, drain the water of the vacuum pump to prevent the pump head from being damaged by freezing.

2. If the temperature is too low, the E0 code appears on the spindle cooler, and the temperature rises to 25 degrees and it will automatically recover. If the temperature rises and has not recovered, please contact Feixuan after-sales service in time.

3. If the room temperature is too low, the suction cup elbow of the vacuum pipe and the elbow behind the machine are easy to freeze. Just heat the water in the circulating water tank (to 20-30 degrees).

4. If the temperature is too low, the oil pressure of the automatic oil pump will be affected, so check it in time and check it regularly.

5. The oil-water separator of the pressure regulating valve at the rear of the machine drains water in time.

6. Wipe the latin and taper parts of the knife handle with lubricating oil, including the taper hole of the spindle, and wipe them clean with a clean cloth in time.

7. Rinse the work surface with clean water every day after get off work, and replace the circulating water in the circulating water tank regularly.
