The use process of the slate edging machine:

1. When the slate edger uses the water tank to supply circulating water, please replace the processing water after daily processing to avoid the water pipe being blocked by the dirt in the water tank.

2. When changing the water of the slate edging machine, please unplug the power plug first, then take out the water tank, the flowers will bloom and the waste water will be opened, and the dust in the water tank and the filter will be cleaned.

3. After processing the resin for a while, there will be a lot of foam in the water tank. When transferring processing water, add defoamer and spray 7~10 times.

The defoamer removes the foam produced by the plastic sheet. When there are too many bubbles, you can always spray 2~3 times with the blood bubbles, not to mention the better performance after mixing.

4. Clean the water spout of the slate edging machine.

Once the water spout is blocked, the amount of water will be reduced or there will be no water, so the processing capacity will be reduced or even unable to do anything. When washing the spout, remove the nipple and use a fine needle to clear the blockage from the nozzle.

5. Clean the waterproof cover of the edger.

Working for a long time will cause the cutting dust of the lens to settle on the waterproof cover. If it is not cleaned up immediately, the cutting dust will be anchored and difficult to eliminate.
