If it is not uniform, the surface micro-cracks in the area where the stress is too large or too small will expand, and the glass will be broken. The glass edge is uneven, and stress concentration points will be generated during tempering, which will destroy the stress balance, so it is easy to break.

1. Look at the glass sign

See if there is a tempered 3C mark on the corners of the glass, the ones marked with 3C (the kind that cannot be scraped off) are basically tempered glass. The processing procedure of tempered glass is to first cut ordinary float glass to the required size, then grind the edges, clean it, and mark it with national compulsory certification ccc with ink. processing. The ink generally cannot be scraped off after passing through high temperature. (If the 3C logo on your glass can be wiped off by hand, it can basically be concluded that it is fake tempered glass)

2. See if it is slightly deformed

See if the glass is slightly deformed from the side, because after the glass is fired at high temperature, there will be slight deformation, which can only be seen from the side of the glass, and it is generally not easy to see from the front.

3. Look at the shards of glass

After ordinary glass is broken, it is large flakes with sharp corners, which are easy to hurt people. After the tempered glass is broken, it is granular, the edges and corners are very dull, and it is not easy to hurt people.
