Some precautions for starting the glass edging machine

1．Check the equipment before starting work, and the glass edging machine must be in normal condition.

2．The operator must wear gloves and masks or dust-proof appliances.The doors and windows of the work area should be closed to avoid the escape of silicon dust.The ventilation and dust removal device must be intact and effective.

3．Precautions for inspection before work of glass edging machine：

(1) The grinding wheel compression nut shall not be loose；

(2) The grinding wheel must not have cracks and gaps；

(3) The safety cover is fully assembled and reliable；

(4) The front and rear, upper and lower transmission handles are flexible in operation, and there is no noise during operation.

4．When the steel plate is edging, the adjustment size of the grinding wheel should be strictly controlled, and the amount of grinding should not be too large at a time, so as not to cause the steel plate to be worn out and the grinding wheel to break.

5．If the glass edging machine fails during edging, if the steel plate gets stuck, the main switch should be turned off immediately, and the steel plate should be removed after parking.

6．Pay attention to check the motor for heat generation and abnormal operation at any time during production.

7．Stacking steel plates (especially cold-rolled plates and oil plates) should be neat, not skewed, and not higher than 1.5 meters.2 meters and collide with each other, so as not to slip and hurt people.

8．The feeding and transfer steel plates should be held firmly and upright, and should not be thrown around to avoid hurting people.

9．When the ventilation and dust removal device fails, it should stop working or take measures.

10．After the work is completed, close the electric door and do a good job of cleaning.
