Precautions for operation of CNC glass special-shaped edging machine

1.When the CNC glass special-shaped edging machine is in use, it cannot be electrically plugged in and unplugged parallel cables connected to the computer, and any hardware equipment such as control cards cannot be electrically plugged in and unplugged. The computer or the shell of the CNC glass special-shaped edging machine should be connected to the ground wire to ensure that interference is prevented. When the machine is not working, please turn off the power in time, and unplug the power plug when not in use for a long time.

2.Turn on the power, perform the zero return operation, and then try the functions manually.

3.When loading the diagram, make sure that the loaded diagram is within the edging range.

4.Before edging, check that the appearance of the glass that needs to be edged cannot have white spots and scratches.

5.Make sure there is no one next to you when you click to start edging.

6.After the grinding is over, perform other non-emergency stop operations.
