1. Rock slab cutting

During the cutting process, it can achieve the characteristics of no thermal deformation, flat incision, and reduced material waste. The incision of the cut rock slab is flat and smooth.


2. Rock slab opening


During the processing of rock slab dining tables, rock slab wash basins, and rock slab bathroom cabinets, holes need to be made on the surface of the rock slab. With the help of professional tools, large rock slabs can be made of any hole type such as square holes and round holes.Complex holes can be made with the help of CNC or waterjet processing equipment.Whether it is a square hole or a round hole in the rock slab, it is necessary to leave an arc of 3 to 5 millimeters in the hole. 3. Rock slab bonding

Mix the tap water and the bonding in a 1:4 ratio. Stir up the evenly stirred adhesive with a batch ash knife and turn it upside down. The adhesive falls from the batch ash knife in about 5 seconds. At this time, the viscosity of the adhesive is good.The adhesive needs to be allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes after it is prepared.The thickness of the adhesive depends on the size of the surface material.


4. Rock slab polishing


Edging and chamfering is a process with high technical requirements. With the help of professional equipment for edging and chamfering, it can be achieved without chipping and the incision is straight.Chamfering and edging processing not only make the rock slab more beautiful, but also remove burrs and increase the safety of the finished rock slab.
